I've only come here during breakfast time, which starts from 7am. The Chinese doughnuts and soy milk are nice and good value for money. I would recommend you to takeaway if you do not have all day, as the wait can be really long when they are busy. My experience eating it at home is 4 , if dining in, only 3
Delicious authentic Tianjin breakfast food. Really cheap prices too, lovely fresh steamed buns only $2 each and Jian bing $8. The wonton soup for $12 is a huge serving, would recommend getting that for a nice light soothing soup and a couple of buns etc to share.
Beautiful food, beautiful people and very beaut prices! Amazing customer service. I’d like to gate keep, but I guess I’ll share one of my favourite places to chill and eat.
This is the best place to have dumplings in Auckland, this is for sure, I have also tried their wonton soup, superb!
Delicious Fresh Food! Highly recommend the Mince Pancakes and the Pork, Prawn and Cabbage Dumplings. Very reasonably priced and nice service
Hadn’t been here in a few years and was after some Zhajiang noodles. Firstly, will say their pancakes are the star. These aren’t to be confused with western pancakes, these are more like pastry like buns that have been pan fried with a lovely crisp to them. They have a variety of sweet and savoury versions with the plain being my favourite. They have these nice layers and a moorish texture. Back to what we visited for - the noodles were sadly too salty and didn’t taste like it was fried. The noodles were also bit over cooked. Not horrible, just not the best. We also got the steamed pork & cabbage dumplings. The dumpling wrappers were really nice. The filling was okay at first but then became too salty. It may just be this province likes their food more salty. Would highly recommend the “pancakes” and would come back for these. Pretty decent sizes and a good snack or meal if you grab a couple.
